Reservation
Confirmation of vacancy and reservation will be completed on a third-party booking site, AIRHOST.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
We recommend that you create your user account with AIRHOST.
You can make a reservation without creating a user account. However, if you choose not to create a user account, please ensure that you enter a correct email address. You will receive a confirmation email after your reservation is confirmed.
Please ensure that emails from AIRHOST (the domain is “@client.airhost.co”) are not sorted into your junk folder.
To cancel your reservation, please click the cancellation button in the confirmation email or log into AIRHOST and request cancellation.
If you need to modify your reservation, please reply to the confirmation email sent by THE FLOW KAMAKURA after your reservation is confirmed.
Once you confirm your reservation on AIRHOST, you will be subject to cancellation fees as noted in the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts. Please check the details before confirming your reservation.
