Suite

Two suites　SALA SUITE and LIN SUITE (both suites have the same layout and specifications.)
We will confirm your suite and the pin number at least three days prior to check-in.
We are not able to accommodate a preference in suites.

Layout

Each suite is 110㎡ (excluding the wooden deck).

Bed

Each suite has one bedroom with two king beds and four pillows.
There are no extra beds.

Capacity

Up to four people per suite（the room charge includes up to two people. Additional 10,000 yen per person will be charged for 3+ people.)
※School-age children will be counted as adults.
Up to two preschool-age children are free of charge, as long as they don’t require their own bedding.
Please note that towels and amenities will not be available for these preschool-age children.

Parking

Free parking for two vehicles per suite (Parking lot size: W 5.0m×L 5.5m)

※As our villa is close to Owakudani, appliances often tend to malfunction because of the higher content of natural sulfur in the air. We have the latest desulfurizers available, and we also make sure to check each appliance at the time of cleaning. However, due to unexpected issues, some facilities or functions may not be available during your stay.

For guests

The following amenities are available in accordance with the number of guests (for adults and school-age children). There are no amenities for preschool-age children. Additional amenities can be requested with charge.

2 Bath towels (per 2 nights’ stay) ※including for use at the pool / 1 Face cloth (per 2 nights’ stay) / Loungewear (per 2 nights’ stay) / 1 set of toothbrush and toothpaste (per 2 nights’ stay) / 1 hairbrush / 1 washcloth / 1 Razor / 1 set of cotton pads and cotton swabs (per night) / 1 set if disposable slippers / 1 set of facial wash, cleanser and lotion (per night) / Bottles of body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap (not for pets).

For pets

The following items are available, regardless of the number of pets.

2 towels (per 2 nights’ stay) / 3 bath towels (per 2 nights’ stay) / 3 sets of 2 dishes (for food and water) / Potty pads (please bring a litter for your cats) / Waste bags / Deodorant spray / Lint roller / Wet wipes / Foldable cage
※Leashes, crates, play structures, and pet shampoo are not available.

We allow dogs and cats in our villa.
Each guest may bring up to two pets, with the maximum of three pets per suite.

Pets must meet all following conditions.

• Their vaccinations are up to date and they are not infested with fleas or ticks.
• They are not aggressive.
• They are trained not to bark excessively.
• They are toilet trained and can use designated potty spots.
• They are not pregnant.
• They are not infected with viruses or germs.
• They are not infested with parasites that are contagious.

Please follow the rules below.

• Pets are allowed on the beds. You are responsible for any damage or loss on the facility, furniture, equipment, and any items on the premises caused by your pets.
• Pets are not allowed in the bath.

We provide unmanned operations. Guests are to complete the check-in process themselves.
In winter, roads often get icy even when there is no snow on the ground. Regular tires or studless tires may not be safe to drive around on the steep hills around the villa. Please make sure to install chains on your tires.
The following actions are prohibited on our premises. The list below is not exhaustive, so please make sure to confirm the information sheet after your reservation is confirmed.

• Making loud conversations and playing loud music while the windows are open.
• Making fire outside of the kitchen, including fireworks, bonfires, and mosquito coils, etc.
• Smoking on the premises, including e-cigarettes.
• Letting non-reserved guests into the premises without notifying us in advance.
• Extending your stay without notifying us in advance.
