- ・Our villa is located in a residential area. Please refrain from making loud noises that may disturb the neighboring communities. If problems persist, we may ask you to leave the facility.
- ・Please refrain from conversing and eating on the outdoor terrace after 22:00.
- ・Fireworks are prohibited on the premises.
- ・Please note that we do not have onsite staff at our facility.
- ・Our facility includes two suites within the same building (one on the ground floor and the other on the second/third floors). Sound-prevention measures are installed in the facility. However, as it is a wooden facility, you may notice some noises arising from other floors. Please note these issues, particularly if you have sound sensitivity.
- ・If you are staying for two or more nights, cleaning and amenity replacement will be offered at an additional fee. Please provide us with at least four-days’ notice for this service.
