・Cancellation fees
From 4 to 7 days before the lesson – 30%
From 3 days to a day before the lesson – 50%
The day of the lesson – 100%

Beach yoga lessons are performed outdoors. The studio will determine whether or not a lesson can be conducted based on the weather forecast three days prior to the lesson, and notify the participants. (The determination will be based on the forecasted precipitation, severe weather conditions and wind.)

Lessons will be cancelled if it is rainy or windy (i.e. over 8 m/s south, southwest, or southeast) on the day. Cancellations due to weather conditions will be exempt from the above noted cancellation fees.

Surfing, SUP and bodyboard lesson

HONEY SURF CLUB is a members-only surf club, produced by a beach lifestyle magazine, “HONEY”. Conveniently located within a 3-minute walk from THE FLOW, this club offers lessons for surfing, SUP, and bodyboard.

A delivery service is available for orders over 2,000 yen.
From homemade hotdogs and avocado toast for breakfast, to weekly sandwiches and quiche for lunch, this café has a variety of items on the menu that will surely satisfy your appetite.

Orders are accepted by telephone. If you have any allergies or requests, please provide the information at the time of the order.

The delivery service is offered from 8:00 to 11:00. Please note that delivery time may need to be adjusted based on demands.

For payment, cash, credit cards, and public transit IC cards are accepted. Please advise them of your preferred method of payment at the time of the order.

Their mouthwatering spare ribs are generously basted in a homemade BBQ sauce, which was developed based on an authentic American recipe. 【Barchie’s Premium Hors D’oeuvres】includes charcoal-grilled steak and can be delivered upon an order of two servings or more (5,340 yen including tax). Pair them with your favorite beer or wine to savor your own special meal.

A delivery service will be offered for orders over 5,000 yen (including tax). Please check the menu on their official Instagram page and contact them to place an order.

For dinner-time deliveries, please place an order prior to 14:00 that day.
Your order will be delivered between 17:30 and 20:00.
Depending on demands, delivery orders may not be accepted. It is highly recommended that you place an order well in advance, if possible.

＜Chef’s Profile＞
Originally from Kagoshima, Shinya Hamashima has 15 years of experience as a professional chef.

After training at various restaurants including AFRICA in Daikanyama and ILRitrovo in Roppongi Hills, he successively worked as the executive chef at multiple acknowledged French and Italian restaurants.

Starting in 2016, he started his career as a catering chef, captivating customers with his well-established techniques and artistic presentation of dishes. Currently, he serves more than 200 customers a year primarily in Tokyo.

From a couple’s anniversary, home party or gathering with friends, to large-scale catering, his exceptional dishes will create memorable moments.
